Gap Analysis |
The Gap Analysis is a tool used to identify compliance with the OSHA General Industry and Construction administrative regulatory requirements. The goal is to identify opportunities for improvement while scoring the current status of compliance with each measure using an intuitive green, yellow, red matrix and 0-3 scoring system. Reports are customized for each client and show only those measures that are relevant to their organization.
The process begins with an interview of key stakeholders to identify methods for managing compliance and administrative gaps that may impact the companies risk control system.
Each Gap Analysis report is concluded with recommendations for improving safety performance, OSHA compliance, safety accountability, and methods used to help guide the safety program toward success.
